The responsibility to arrange for the publication in the Federal Gazette required under Section 332a (3) and § 335b (2) of the Act on Compensation for Goods Vehicles in the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) shall be transferred to the Federal Compensation Office.

The jurisdiction to grant uniform decisions pursuant to § 335b (1), § 349 (3) sentence 3 of the Act on Compensation for damages in the case of participations shall be transferred to the Federal Compensation Office; in the event of damage to a This shall only apply if the compensation administration has become aware of the provisions of the reclaim status after 30 June 2009.
