§ 1

The Federal Employment Agency shall be Instructs to participate in the vocational education and training of specialists and managers from developing countries, at the request of the institution of an education and training programme
1.
when selecting participants in education and training programs,
2.
in the preparation and customization of the individual education and training plans with the aim of providing adequate in-company training and training,
3.
in the placement of appropriate training internships,
4.
in the provision of the Training required cash benefits.

The Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) is carrying out a file of the Federal Republic of Germany for its education and training persons from developing countries, who have a work permit in accordance with § § 284ff. of the Third Book of the Social Code. unofficial table of contents
