Pursuant to Section 1 (2) of the Act on Employment Services and Unemployment Insurance (AVAVG) in the version of the Notice dated April 3, 1957 (Bundesgesetzbl. 321), as last amended by the Seventh Amendment Act to AVAVG of 10 March 1967 (Bundesgesetzbl. 266), the Federal Government allocates with the consent of the Federal Council: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

The Federal Employment Agency is mandated to participate in the vocational education and training of specialists and managers from developing countries, at the request of the institution of an education and training programme.
1.
in the selection of participants in training and training programmes,
2.
the establishment and adaptation of the individual training and training plans with the aim of providing adequate training for in-company training,
3.
in the provision of appropriate training placements,
4.
in the case of the provision of cash benefits for training and further training.

§ 2

The Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) carries out a file of the persons working in the Federal Republic of Germany for their training and further training from developing countries, who have a work permit in accordance with § § 284ff. of the Third Book of the Social Code.
