This legal regulation is a training order within the meaning of § 6 of the Vocational Training Act. The training regulations and the coordinated framework curriculum for the vocational school, which is agreed by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany, are published as a supplement to the Federal Gazette.

§ 1 derogation

§ 2 Purpose of development and testing

§ 4 Duration of vocational training

§ 5 Training framework plan, vocational training programme

§ 6 Implementation of vocational training

(1) The skills, knowledge and skills referred to in this Regulation shall be taught in such a way as to enable trainees to carry out a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (3) of the Vocational Training Act. , which includes, in particular, independent planning, implementation and control. This qualification must also be proved in the examinations according to § § 7 to 11. (2) The trainees have to draw up a training plan on the basis of the training framework plan for the trainees. (3) The trainees have a to provide written evidence of formal qualifications. § 7 Interim examination for the training profession Specialpower for vending machine service

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It is to take place at the beginning of the second year of training. (2) The intermediate examination shall cover the skills, knowledge and skills listed in Appendix 1 for the first year of training, as well as the skills required in the vocational education and training courses. (3) The intermediate examination takes place in the examination area Service works at vending machines. (4) For the examination area Service work on vending machines, the following specifications exist:

§ 8 Final examination for the training profession Specialpower for vending machine service

(1) The final examination shall determine whether the examinee has acquired the professional capacity to act. In the final examination, the auditor is to prove that he has the necessary professional skills, possess the necessary professional knowledge and skills, and that he/she is required to teach in the course of the vocational education and training course, for which the examination is carried out. Vocational training is familiar to essential teaching materials. The training regulations must be based on. (2) The final examination consists of the examination areas:

3.
customer communication,
4.
Economic and social studies.
(3) The following guidelines exist for the examination area for vending machine care:
1.
The test specimen shall demonstrate that it is
a)
Plan, implement, control and document the vending machine service in a customer-oriented way,
b)
Check and ensure the functionality of vending machines,
c)
apply technical means of communication,
d)
Taking into account safety and health at work, environmental protection and legal framework conditions
may;
2.
for this purpose, two activities shall be selected from the following activities, with the main emphasis on the company's training centre:
a)
Set up and connect ready-to-use machines,
b)
Reading, filling and emptying,
c)
Waiting and cleaning of vending machines, including replacement of wear parts,
d)
Troubleshooting and elimination of faults;
3.
the test specimen is to carry out two working samples;
4.
the exam time is 90 minutes.
(4) The following guidelines exist for the examination area of vending machine management:
1.
The test specimen shall demonstrate that it is
a)
Perform automatic billing and cash statements,
b)
Evaluate the use of machines under economic criteria and develop suggestions for optimization,
c)
Implement customer loyalty and customer acquisition measures,
d)
identify the need for goods and spare parts
may;
2.
the examinee is to process written tasks on the basis of practice-related cases;
3.
the exam time is 90 minutes.
(5) The following guidelines exist for the customer communication examination area:
1.
The test specimen shall demonstrate that it is
a)
the provision of information and advice to customers in a situation-appropriate manner,
b)
identify opportunities for conflict resolution,
c)
Editing complaints and complaints
may;
2.
the examinee is to process written tasks on the basis of practice-related cases;
3.
the exam time is 60 minutes.
(6) The following guidelines exist for the examination area of economic and social studies:
1.
The purpose of the audit is to demonstrate that it is capable of presenting and assessing the general economic and social context of the working and working world;

(7) The examination areas shall be weighted as follows:

in the overall result, at least "sufficient",
2.
At least "sufficient" in the field of vending machine management,
3.
in at least two of the other examination areas with at least "sufficient" and
4.
in no examination area with "insufficient"
(9) At the request of the examinee, the examination shall be carried out in one of the areas of examination which have been assessed to be less than sufficient and in which audit services with their own request and weighting are to be provided in writing, by means of a an oral examination of about 15 minutes should be completed if this can be the case for the passing of the examination. In determining the result for this examination area, the previous result and the result of the oral supplementary examination in a ratio of 2: 1 shall be weighted. Unofficial table of contents

§ 9 Final examination for the training profession Automatenfachmann/Automatenfachfrau (Automatenfachfrau/Automatenfachfrau

(1) The final examination consists of the parts 1 and 2 which fall apart in time. The final examination shall determine whether the examinee has acquired the professional capacity to act. In the final examination, the auditor is to prove that he has mastered the necessary professional skills, possessing the necessary professional knowledge and skills, and with the teaching material to be taught in the vocational education and training course is familiar. The training regulations should be based on. Section 11 Part 2 of the final examination for the training profession Automatenfachmann/Automatenfachfrau (Automatenfachfrau/Automatenfachfrau)

(1) Part 2 of the final examination shall cover the skills, knowledge and skills listed in Appendix 2, as well as the teaching material to be used in the vocational education and training course, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. (2) Part 2 the final examination consists of the examination areas:
1.
Automaton,
2.
Economic and social studies.
(3) The following guidelines exist for the Automotive Industry Examination Area:
1.
The test specimen shall demonstrate that it is
a)
Planning work processes in a way that is independent of target and customer-oriented,
b)
Edit work orders and develop solutions,
c)
Control work products quality-oriented

2.
For this purpose, the following areas shall be selected, taking into account the electoral qualifications laid down in the training contract:
a)
Install and repair automats
b)
Edit commercial business processes;
3.
the test specimen is to produce up to two test products and document its work with industry-standard documents as well as carry out a written work planning;
4.
the total examination time is five hours.
(4) The following guidelines exist for the examination area of economic and social studies:
1.
The purpose of the audit is to demonstrate that it is capable of presenting and assessing the general economic and social context of the working and working world;
2.
the examinee is to process written tasks;

the exam time is 60 minutes.

§ 12 Rules relating to the weight and the existence of the training occupation of vending machine specialist/vending machine specialist

(1) The examination areas shall be weighted as follows:
1.
Automaton care 20 percent,
2.
Machine management 10 percent,
3.
Customer communication 10 percent,
4.
Auto industry 50 percent,
5.
Economic and social studies 10 per cent.
(2) The final examination has been passed if the services
1.
in the overall result of part 1 and 2 of the final examination, at least "sufficient",
2.
as a result of Part 2 of the final examination, at least "sufficient",
3.
At least "sufficient" in the Automotive Industry Examination area of Part 2 of the final examination; and
4.
in no examination area of Part 2 of the final examination with "insufficient"
(3) At the request of the examinee, the examination is in one of the examination areas which have been rated worse than sufficient, in part 2 of the final examination, in which examination achievements with their own request and weighting in writing are to be are to be supplemented by an oral examination of about 15 minutes if this can be the case for the passing of the examination. In determining the result for this examination area, the previous result and the result of the oral supplementary examination in a ratio of 2: 1 shall be weighted. (4) If the examination referred to in paragraph 2 has not been passed, however, the Results of Part 1 of the final examination and the result in the examination area Economic and social studies according to § 11 para. 4 the requirements according to § 8, so the examinee has reached the degree of professional power for vending machine service. § 13 Continuation of vocational training

(1) After the successful completion of the vocational training as a specialist for vending machine service, the vocational training in the training occupation can be continued according to the regulations of the third training year. (2) Continuation of the vocational training in the third year of training as an automaton specialist, the services achieved in the final examination in the training profession skilled in the field of vending machines with exceptions to the services in the Examination area Economic and social studies as part 1 of the final examination in accordance with § 10. Section 14 Entry into force, external force
