§ 1

The transport and conclusion of contracts relating to the transport of emigrants, for by the Australian Government, in accordance with the Agreement between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, on the assisted migration of 21. § 2

The transport and conclusion of contracts for the movement of emigrants, for which the inter-governmental Committee for European emigration in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 (1) (b) and (3) of its Statute of 19. § 3
