Pursuant to Section 2 (4) of the Emigration Protection Act of 26 March 1975 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 774) shall be arranged:

§ 1
The promotion and conclusion of contracts relating to the carriage of emigrants by the Australian Government, in accordance with the Agreement between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Federal Republic of Australia on the the assisted walk of 21 June 1965 (Federal Law). II p. 1103) the transport price is paid in whole or in part or loans are granted for payment of the transport price.

§ 2
The transport and conclusion of contracts for the carriage of emigrants, to be carried out by the Intergovernmental Committee on European Emigration in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 1 (1) (b) and (3) of its Statute of 19 June 2008. October 1953 (Bundesgesetzbl. 1318), the transport price is paid in whole or in part, or loans are granted for the payment of the transport price.

§ 3
This Regulation shall apply in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act of 4 January 1952 (Federal Law Gazly I p. 1) in conjunction with Section 11 of the Emigration Protection Act also in the Land of Berlin.

This Regulation shall enter into force with effect from 1 May 1975.
