§ 1 Extension of the registration period

The period referred to in Article 21 (1), first sentence, of the Act shall be for the period during the entry into force of this Regulation in the list of foreign bonds (Annex to Section 1 (1) of the Act, supplemented by Article 1 of the First Implementing Regulation of 21 February 1953- Federal law. 31-) are extended by one year for the types of foreign bonds listed. § 2 Land Berlin

According to § 14 of the Third Convention of the Law of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1) in conjunction with Section 78 of the Cleanup Act for German Foreign Bonds, this regulation applies also in the Land of Berlin. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its announcement.
