§ 1 Extension of the registration period

The period referred to in Article 21 (1), first sentence, of the law is for those in the list of foreign bonds (annex to § 1 (1) of the Act, supplemented by § 1 of the First Implementing Regulation of 21 February 1953-Bundesgesetzbl. 31-and by § 1 of the Ninth Implementing Regulation of 16 August 1954-Bundesgesetzbl. 267-), which are extended until 29 February 1956. § 2 Land Berlin

This ordinance applies in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1) in conjunction with Section 78 of the Cleanup Act for German Foreign Bonds, also in the Land of Berlin. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its announcement.
