On the basis of Section 4 (1) of the Vocational Training Act of 23 March 2005 (BGBl. 931), which is provided for in Article 232 (1) of the Regulation of 31 December 2008. October 2006 (BGBl. 2407), in conjunction with Section 5 of the Vocational Training Act and pursuant to Section 25 (1) of the Craft Act, as amended by the Notice of 24 September 1998 (BGBl. 3074, 2006 I p. 2095), the last of which is Article 146 of the Regulation of 31 December 2002. October 2006 (BGBl. 2407), in conjunction with Section 26 of the Craft Code, which was last amended by Article 2 (4) of the Law of 23 March 2005 (BGBl). 931), the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, is responsible for the following: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1 Repeal of the recognition of training occupations

The recognition of the following training occupations is hereby repealed:

§ 2 Acquis of the Acquis

Persons who have been trained in one of the training occupations referred to in § 1 before the entry into force of this Regulation, or who are trained at the date of entry into force of this Regulation and who are trained in this vocational training in accordance with Article 4 (4) of the Continuing vocational training law or pursuant to Section 25 (4) of the Craft Code shall remain unaffected in their training status. § 3 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery.
