On the basis of § 1 para. 2 of the International Law on Maintenance of Maintenance of 19 December 1986 (BGBl. 2563), it is made known that reciprocity within the meaning of this Act is guaranteed in relation to the following States:

1.

In the United States of America:

a)

New MexicoPennsylvaniaVermont

b)

limited to child support: Wisconsin

2.

In Canada: British Columbian Newfoundland and Labrador

This notice shall be issued following the notice of 27 September 1988 (BGBl. I p. 1784).
