Pursuant to Section 8 (3) of the Finance Management Act, as amended by Article 5 of the Financial Adaptation Act of 30 August 1971 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1426) shall be arranged: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

The tasks of the Federal Property Department of the Oberfinanzdirektion Düsseldorf are transferred to the Federal wealth department of the Oberfinanzdirektion Köln. The seat and district of the local authorities do not change this way. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2

This Regulation shall apply in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1) in conjunction with Section 23 of the Finance Management Act, also in the Land of Berlin. Unofficial table of contents
