Art 1

Dem in Vienna on 13. The Convention of 26 June 1980, signed by the Federal Republic of Germany, October 1979 on the physical protection of nuclear materials is agreed. The Convention shall be published below with an official German translation. Non-official table of contents

Art 2

§ 311 (1) and (2) and 328 (1) (1) of the Penal Code shall apply with the following condition:
administrative obligation within the meaning of Section 311 (1) and an authorisation and a subsac within the meaning of § 328 (1) (1) are subject to a corresponding foreign administrative obligation, authorisation and subsaiation. Nonofficial table of contents

This law is also applicable in the Land of Berlin, provided that the Land Berlin determines the application of this law. Non-official table of contents

Art 5

(1) This law enters into force on the day after it is announced.(2) The date on which the Convention enters into force for the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with its Article 19 (2) shall be disclosed in the Federal Law Gazly.
