Species 1

The Convention of 26 signed in Vienna on 13 June 1980 by the Federal Republic of Germany. October 1979 on the physical protection of nuclear materials is agreed. The Convention shall be published below with an official German translation. Unofficial table of contents

Type 2

§ 311 (1) and (2) and Section 328 (1) (1) of the Criminal Code shall apply with the following conditions:
An administrative obligation within the meaning of Section 311 (1) and an authorisation and a subsac within the meaning of Section 328 (1) No. 1 shall be subject to a corresponding foreign administrative obligation, authorisation and subsaiance. Unofficial table of contents

(1) This Act shall enter into force on the day following its announcement. (2) The date on which the Convention enters into force for the Federal Republic of Germany pursuant to its Article 19 (2) shall be disclosed in the Federal Law Gazans.
