Art 45 Announcement in the Federal Law Gazans

The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs can make known the text of the law on the promotion of the cessation of agricultural activity in the version in force of the entry into force of this Act in the Federal Law Gazans. The Federal Ministry of Health can make known the text of the Second Law on the Health Insurance of Farmers in the version in force of the entry into force of this Act in the Federal Law Gazans. Article 46 Application of rules in the accession area

By way of derogation from Annex I, Chapter VIII, Section I, Section I, No 45, and 46 of the Agreement of 31 August 1990 (BGBl. 885, 1058), enter into force in the area referred to in Article 3 of the agreement
1.
The Law on the Promotion of the Recruitment of Agricultural Employment of 21 February 1989 (BGBl. 233), as last amended by Article 12 of the Law of 29 July 1994 (BGBl I). I p. 1890), and
2.
The set-aside regulation of 14 June 1989 (BGBl. 1095).
