§ 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

§ 2 Training Duration

§ 3 Basic Vocational Training

§ 4 Structure of vocational training

(1) Vocational training in the first year of training shall be broken down as follows:
1.
basic vocational training in over-company training centres in 20 weeks,
2.

3.
basic vocational training in the workplace training centre in 12 weeks.
(2) The basic vocational training referred to in paragraph 1 (1) and (3) shall be the skills and knowledge set out in the Annex to Section I. § 5 Training profession

§ 6 Training framework plan

The skills and knowledge referred to in § 5 shall be based on the guidance on the factual and chronological structure of vocational training, as set out in the Annex for basic vocational training and for vocational training (training framework plan) be mediated. § 9 Interim examination

c)
Laying a cast asphalt coat, inviting, rubbing with sand,
d)
Carry out a repair in an asphalt covering including a seam.
(4) In order to demonstrate the knowledge, the test item shall solve tasks in the following areas in writing in a maximum of 180 minutes:
1.
Construction material: timber, artificial stones and plates, plaster, lime, cement, bitumen, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, sealants and insulation materials;
2.
Workshopper:
a)
Surveying equipment, tools, construction equipment
b)
occupational health and safety, accident prevention,
c)
Execution rules for the production of masonry, concrete, cast asphalt and cement screed, plate coverings,
d)
Sealing against moisture;
3.
Determination of lengths, widths and heights from drawings;
4.
Calculation of rectilinear surfaces and bodies of simple components;
5.
Building materials demand calculations;
6.
Represent simple building blocks as a sketch;
7.
Reading simple drawings and laying plans.
The written tasks shall also take into account case-related cases. (5) The duration of the examination referred to in paragraph 4 may in particular be undershot to the extent that the written examination is carried out in a programmed form. Unofficial table of contents

§ 10 Final examination

(1) The final examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material provided in the course of vocational education, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. 3.
Laying of a multi-layer cast asphalt covering with a larger gradient, including joint connections,
4.
Manufacture of a multi-layer asphalt lining in wet rooms with gaps including joints and connection of a drain.
(3) In order to prove the knowledge, the test subject shall be examined in writing in the examination subjects technology, technical mathematics, technical drawing and economic and social studies. Questions and tasks may be considered in particular from the following areas:

Annex EV Excerpt from EinigVtr Annex I, Chapter XVI, Area C, Section III
(BGBl. II 1990, 889, 1135)

Federal law shall enter into force in the territory referred to in Article 3 of the Treaty, with the following measures:
1.
The Vocational Training Act of 14 August 1969 (BGBl. 1112), as last amended by Section 19 of the Law of 23 December 1981 (BGBl I). 1 and 2, § § 25, 29 (1), § 43 (1) and (2), § 46 (2), § 76 (2), § 77 (5), § 80 (2), § 81 (4), § 82 (2), § § 93, 95 (4), § 96 (2)), and the following measures:
a)
Legal regulations pursuant to § 21 (1) of the Act require the Federal Minister of Education and Science to enact a separate entry into force by means of a regulation which does not require the consent of the Federal Council. Legal regulations according to § 29 (1) and § 43 of the Act require the separate entry into force by the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs or the otherwise responsible Minister of Trade in agreement with the Federal Minister of Education and Science by Legal regulation, which does not require the approval of the Bundesrat.
b)
Until 31 December 1995, the competent authority may grant exemptions from the training regulations in accordance with § 25 of the Act, if the requirements set out by technical regulations cannot yet be met. The exceptions are temporary. g)
The companies are obliged to maintain practical vocational training appropriately, insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment of teaching contracts which before the entry into force of the law on the entry into force of the Vocational Training Act of the Federal Republic of Germany in the German Democratic Republic-JGBBiG-of 19 July 1990 (GBl. i)
Apprentices who are trained in accordance with the nomenclature of skilled workers will be examined in accordance with the previous legislation, unless the Federal Minister of Economics or the Minister for Economic Affairs or the Minister for Economic Affairs, in agreement with the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Federal Minister for Education and Science, by means of a regulation which does not require the approval of the Bundesrat, allows for transitional provisions on procedures and responsibilities.
k)
The examination procedures in vocational training and vocational retraining, which are taking place on the day of the accession of the European Union, will be completed in accordance with the provisions of the previous rules.
