§ 1 State recognition of the training profession

§ 2 Training period

The training lasts three years. § 3 Basic vocational education and training

The training in the first year of training provides a basic vocational training field in which the company training in accordance with this Regulation and the training in the vocational school after the national legislation on the vocational training year. Non-official table of contents

§ 4 Outline of vocational training

(1) Vocational training in the first year of training shall be broken down as follows:
1.
Basic vocational training in 20-week training centers,
2.
Teaching of the vocational school in accordance with the framework curricula of the countries in 20 weeks,
3.
occupational Basic training in the workplace training centre in 12 weeks.
(2) The basic vocational training referred to in paragraph 1 (1) (1) and (3) shall be the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex in Section I.(3) In order to deepen the basic vocational training referred to in paragraph 2 and as the beginning of vocational training, in the second year of training, for 13 weeks, in particular those referred to in paragraph II of Section II shall be referred to in point 2 (a) and (c), (3). Points (a), (4) (a) and (b), (5) (a) and (b), (6) (a), (b), (c), (e) and (f), (7) (a) to (c) and (9), and (9), skills and knowledge in appropriate workplace or in- mediating.(4) In order to complement vocational training, in the third year of training, for 8 weeks, in particular, the number 2 (b) and (d), (3) (c) and (d), (4) (c) and (d), point (4) of the Annex to Section II shall be included in the Annex to Section II. § 5 Training professional image

§ 6 Training framework plan

The skills and knowledge referred to in § 5 are to be applied in accordance with the guidance provided in the Appendix for basic vocational training and for vocational education and training on the subject and the chronological breakdown of vocational training (training framework plan). § 9 Intermediate examination

§ 10 final examination

(1) The final examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Appendix as well as on the teaching material taught in the vocational education and training course, to the extent that this is essential for vocational training.(2) In order to demonstrate the skills, the test specimen shall carry out a working sample in a maximum of 8 hours.
For this purpose, in particular:
1.

(5) The duration of the examination referred to in paragraph 4 may in particular be undershot to the extent that the written examination is carried out in a programmed form.(6) The written examination shall be supplemented, at the request of the examinee or at the discretion of the examination board in individual subjects, by an oral examination, if the examination board may give a rash for the existence of the examination. appendix EV Excerpt from EinigVtr Appendix I, Chapter XVI, Section III, Section III,

Federal law shall enter into force in the area referred to in Article 3 of the Treaty with the following measures:
1.
Vocational Training Act of 14. August 1969 (BGBl. 1112), as last amended by § 19 of the Law of 23. December 1981 (BGBl. 1 and 2, § § 25, 29 (1), § 43 (1) and (2), § 46 (2), § 76 (2), § 77 (5), § 80 (2), § 81 (4), § 82 (2), § § 93, 95 (4), § 96 (2), issued on the following legal regulations Measures:
a)
Legal regulations according to § 21 paragraph 1 of the law require separate entry into force by the Federal Minister of Education and Science by means of a regulation which does not require the approval of the Federal Council. Legal regulations according to § 29 (1) and § 43 of the Act require the separate entry into force by the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs or the otherwise responsible Minister of Trade in agreement with the Federal Minister of Education and Science by Legal Regulation, which does not require the consent of the Federal Council.
b)
The competent authority may take up to 31 years of age. 1 December 1995 derogations from the training regulations according to § 25 of the Act, if the requirements imposed by technical regulations cannot yet be met. The exceptions are temporary. In agreement with the Federal Minister of Education and Science, the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs or the Minister for Economic Affairs may, in agreement with the Federal Minister for Education and Science, not require the approval of the Bundesrat, the power of the Federal Minister for Education and Science Limit or cancel.
c)
The regulations in training regulations according to § 25 of the law on training in incompany training centres (§ 27 of the Law) shall not be applied if the competent authority determines that such training is not possible.
