Based on § 38 of the Employment Protection Act, 9. July 1968 (Bundesgesetzbl. 787), as amended by the law on the payment of pay in the case of sickness and on changes in the law of the statutory health insurance of 27. July 1969 (Bundesgesetzbl. § 1

For employees of the Bundeswehr, § 7 (1), § 9 (1) and (2) and § 32 (1) apply. No 1 of the Employment Protection Act, with the proviso that the staff working office responsible for termination of the employment relationship shall be replaced by the Agency for Work. Non-official table of contents
