§ 1

The billing surcharges pursuant to § 311a (1) and (2) of the Fifth Book of the Social Code shall be applied to medicinal products which are to be published on 1 July 1993 until 31 December 1993. It was suspended in October 1993 at the expense of health insurance funds. Unofficial table of contents

This Regulation shall enter into force with effect from 1 July 1993.
