In accordance with the provisions of Article 1 (3) (1), until 31 December 2004, on the basis of a federal accounting system, a connection scheme for the countries referred to in Article 1 of the agreement shall be established with the aid of the Federal Government on the supply of the remaining payments to the Federal Government. If such an agreement is not concluded, the annual performance of the federal states of Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia shall be charged to 52,436,055.61 German marks in monthly amounts. the Federal Government's monthly payments to the country shares in the import turnover tax in accordance with Section 14 (2) of the Tax Equalization Act between the Federal Government and the Länder.
