Art 18 Return to the uniform regulation

The parts of the legal regulations, as amended in Articles 13 to 17, may be amended by means of a regulation on the basis of the relevant authorisation in each case. Unofficial table of contents

Art 19 Repeal of domestic working day regulations

(1)
(2) Workers who have received one or more house working days after 29 January 1980 do not need to refund the fee paid for them; they do not need to apply for any other waivers this day or days. . Workers who meet the conditions applicable to them for the right to the day of their domestic work and who have brought an action for the grant of a house working day on which a final decision has not yet been taken shall have for them the following: On 29 January 1980, non-domestic working days shall be entitled to a corresponding number of free days. If these free days cannot be granted, the employees are entitled to repayment of the remuneration paid to them for the working days. Unofficial table of contents

Art 21 Entry into force and detachment

Article 2 and Article 20 shall enter into force on 1 January 1995. In addition, this Act shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following the announcement.
