§ 2 Transitional provision

Additional special surcharges, which were granted on the basis of the Ordination on the Warming Allowance regulation in the version up to 31 December 2001, will continue to be granted unchanged. They are deemed to be granted in accordance with Section 63 of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz in the version of this law.
