§ 1 Fees and Deposits

(1) The Federal Environment Agency charges fees and outlays pursuant to this Regulation for individually attributable public services under the Environmental Protection Protocol Implementing Act. (2) For the collection of outlays, § 23 (6) of the Federal Fees Act. In addition, § § 4 to 6, 8, 13 to 21 and 23 (5) sentence 1 and 2 of the Federal Law on Fees are also applicable insofar as this Regulation does not contain any special regulations. § 2 Fee list

(1) The charges for individually attributable public services in accordance with the Environmental Protection Protocol Implementing Act are:

(2) In cases where an individually attributable public service requires exceptionally high expenditure, the fees referred to in paragraph 1 (1) (b) to (d) may be increased by up to two times. § 3 Fees in special cases

(1) In the cases of withdrawal or withdrawal of an authorization, the refusal or withdrawal of an application for the granting of a permit, fees are levied in accordance with § 23 (5) sentence 1 and 2 of the Federal Law on Fees. A fee of up to 10 per cent of the sum at issue may be charged for the refusal of an objection directed exclusively against a fee fixing. § 4 Fee and removal of charges

In the case of individually attributable public services in accordance with the Environmental Protection Protocol Implementing Act, which relate to projects of publicly funded scientific research, the collection of fees and charges shall be waited. Unofficial table of contents

§ 5 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day after the date of delivery.
