Species 1

The Convention of 20 May 1980 on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources, signed in Canberra on 11 September 1980 by the Federal Republic of Germany, has been approved. Unofficial table of contents

Type 2

The Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection is authorized to act by means of a regulation

1.

to bring into force the measures adopted by the Commission for the conservation of Antarctic marine living resources in accordance with Article IX (2) of the Convention,

2.

to regulate the monitoring procedure for compliance with these measures. The fundamental right of inviolability of the home (Article 13 (1) of the Basic Law) can be restricted for this procedure.

The Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food is responsible for carrying out the measures referred to in Article 2. Unofficial table of contents
