On the basis of Section 15 (2) of the Third Transfer Act of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzblatt I, p. 1), the Federal Government, with the consent of the Federal Council, decrees: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

The bond law of 1950 of March 29, 1951 (Federal Law Gazette). 218) shall also apply in the Land of Berlin, provided that it is put into effect in the Land of Berlin. Legal orders issued pursuant to this Act shall apply in the Land of Berlin pursuant to Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its announcement.
