Pursuant to Section 7 (3), second sentence, of the German Wealth Allocation Act, as amended by the Notice of 29 March 1994 (BGBl. 709), the Federal Ministry of Finance is responsible for: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

The period specified in Section 7 (3), first sentence, of the Property Allocation Act concerning the lodging of applications pursuant to Section 1 (4) in conjunction with the third section of the Asset Allocation Act on restitution is extended until 31 December 1995. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2

The period of time specified in § 7 (3) sentence 1 of the Property Allocation Act concerning the lodging of applications pursuant to § 1 (4) of the Property Allocation Act for the transfer of assets under Section 4 (2) of the Local Investment Act will be subject to a deadline of 31 December. 1994. § 3

The period of time for the lodging of applications pursuant to § 10 of the Property Allocation Act in § 7 (3) sentence 1 of the Property Allocation Act shall be extended until 31 December 1994. Unofficial table of contents

§ 4 Entry into force
