On the basis of § 25 of the Vocational Training Act of 14 August 1969 (BGBl. 1112), the last of which is Article 24 (1) of the Law of 24 August 1976 (BGBl). 2525), in conjunction with Article 56 of the Jurisdiction Adjustment Act of 18 March 1975 (BGBl I). 705) and the organization of the organisation of 17 November 1994 (BGBl. 3667), the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Federal Ministry of the Interior, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Technology, are responsible for:

§ 1 Repeal of the State Recognition of the Training profession
The state recognition of the training profession Sparkassenkaufmann/Sparkassenkauffrau, pronounced by the statutes of the Deutsche Sparkassenschule Hannover of 18 May 1951, is repealed.

§ 2 Transitional Regulation
In the case of vocational training conditions existing at the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the provisions to date shall continue to apply, unless the Contracting Parties agree to the application of the provisions of the Regulation on vocational training on the banker of 8 February 1979 (BGBl. 154).

§ 3 Transitional deadline
Vocational training conditions on the basis of the provisions on vocational training for the savings bank and savings banks can be completed by 31 July 1997, without prejudice to § 1 of this Regulation.

§ 4 Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day after the date of delivery.
