§ 1

On the official examination of a raw material content statement (§ 1 Article 4 (1) of the Textile Labelling Act) shall be used for the determination of the raw material composition of textile products in the case of ternary textile fibre mixtures

July 1972 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to certain methods of quantitative analysis of binary textile fibre mixtures (Official Journal of the European Communities No. 1) laying down provisions for preparation the samples and the analytical samples and

February 1973 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the quantitative analysis of ternary textile fibre mixtures (Official Journal of the European Communities, No 1) on the quantitative analysis of ternary textile fibre mixtures
. In this connection, Annex I, point 7, of the Directive of 17 May 2010 July 1972 replaced by Article 9 of the Council Directive of 26 July 1972. July 1971 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the description of textile products (Official Journal of the European Communities, No 16), Section 8 (1) of the Textile Labelling Act; Annex I to the Directive of the 26. In the twelfth paragraph of the introduction, February 1973 was replaced by Annex II to the Directive of 26 February 1973. July 1971, Annex 2 of the Textile Labelling Act and in point I. 6. Article 12 (2 d) of the same directive as in Article 6 (1) (5) of the German Textile Labelling Act.

For the quantitative analysis of ternary textile fibre mixtures, the test site has to use a suitable method of quantitative analysis, which is the case in Annexes II and III to the Directive of 26 The following examples were given in February 1973 for the calculation of the percentage shares of certain ternary fibre mixtures and for ternary fibre mixed types with the aid of the percentages given in Annex II to the Directive of 17 February 2002. § 3

In its report on the analysis, the inspection body has all the information in Annex I to the policy of 26. The information referred to in point V shall be listed in February 1973. Non-official table of contents

§ 4

This regulation applies in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act of 4. January 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1) in conjunction with Section 16 of the Textile Recognition Act, also in the Land of Berlin. Non-official table of contents
