§ 1

For the official examination of a raw material content (Section 1 (1) of the Textile Labelling Act), the raw material composition of textile products shall be determined at ternary textile fibre mixtures.

which are listed in Annex I to the Council Directive of 17 July 1972 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to certain methods of quantitative analysis of binary textile fibre mixtures (Official Journal of the European Communities No 1) laying down detailed rules for the preparation of the preliminary samples and the samples of the analysis, and

which are listed in Annex I to the Council Directive of 26 February 1973 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the quantitative analysis of ternary textile fibre mixtures (Official Journal of the European Communities, No 1) on the quantitative analysis of ternary textile fibre mixtures

§ 2

For the quantitative analysis of ternary textile fibre mixtures, the test centre shall apply a suitable method of quantitative analysis, the examples of which are given in Annexes II and III to the Directive of 26 February 1973. Calculation of the percentage shares of certain ternary fibre mixtures as well as for ternary fibre mixed types which can be analysed using the methods of binary fibre mixtures defined in Annex II to the Directive of 17 July 1972. § 3

In its report on the analysis, the audit body shall list all the information listed in Annex I to the Directive of 26 February 1973 in point V. Unofficial table of contents

§ 4

This Regulation shall apply in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Code of Transfer Law of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1) in conjunction with Section 16 of the Textile Recognition Act, also in the Land of Berlin. Unofficial table of contents
