§ 1

The term of office of the members of the state committees of the doctors, Dentists and health insurance companies are four years old. The term of office of the members of the Joint Federal Committee shall be determined in accordance with Article 91 (2) sentence 15 of the Fifth Book of Social Code. § 3

(1) The chairpersons and other impartial members as well as their substitutes may, for important reasons, be dismissed by the supervisory authority responsible for the management of the committees. This is supposed to be heard by the carrier organisations.(2) The representatives of the carrier organisations and their deputies may be dismissed by the sponsoring organizations which appointed them. The dismise can only be done at the end of a calendar half-year. It shall be notified to the chairman of the committee. Non-official table of contents

§ 4

The office of the Office is to be declared to the chairman of the committee, which notifies the committee responsible for the the carrier organisations responsible for the order. The establishment of the Chairperson shall be explained to the competent supervisory authority. If a deputy of the chairman of the Joint Federal Committee, one of the other impartial members of the Joint Federal Committee or one of the other members of the Joint Federal Committee, sets up his office, the Chairman of the Joint Federal Committee shall suspend the Federal Ministry of Health. § 5

The members of the committees are obligated to attend or to prevent their meetings from attending meetings. Notify substitutes. This shall apply mutaxily to the alternates. Non-official table of contents

§ 6

The members of the committees appointed by the sponsoring organizations or their deputies are entitled to Reimbursement of their cash outlays and compensation for the time taken to comply with the principles applicable to the members of the institutions of the supporting organisation. § 7 Travel expenses for members of the Joint Federal Committee

The Chairman and the other impartial Members of the Joint Federal Committee shall receive travel expenses compensation in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Travel Cost Act. The claim is directed against the Joint Federal Committee. Unofficial table of contents

§ 8

The chairpersons and other non-partisan members of the Land Committees or their deputises are given Travel expenses in accordance with the rules of the country on travel expenses. The claim is directed against the cash medical association (cash medical) association. § 9

The chairpersons and other impartial members of the committees or their deputist shall be given the following information: they are not working full-time, compensation for the amount of time spent on each day of the sitting, the amount of which shall be determined by the sponsoring organisations; the determination shall be subject to the agreement of the supervisory authority. § 10

The chairpersons and other non-partisan members of the committees shall be given as long as they are not full-time. , a flat-rate compensation for the time spent outside meetings, the amount of which shall be determined by the sponsoring organisations. The deputies of the chairman or of the other non-partisan members of the Joint Federal Committee may receive a lump-sum compensation for expenditure of time outside meetings, the amount of which shall be determined by the sponsoring organisations. The determination shall be subject to the approval of the supervisory authority. § 7 sentence 2 and § 8 sentences 2 and 3 shall apply accordingly. Non-official table of contents

§ 11

(1) The carrier organizations bear the costs of the representatives they order.(2) The costs for the chairpersons and the other impartial members of the Land Committees, as well as the other expenses and personal costs, shall be borne by the participating associations of the doctors (dentists) on the one hand and the participating associations on the other. the health insurance funds and the replacement cash registers, on the other hand, half of them.
