§ 1

The term of office of the members of the provincial committees of doctors, dentists and health insurance funds is four years. The term of office of the members of the Joint Federal Committee shall be determined in accordance with Article 91 (2) sentence 15 of the Fifth Book of Social Code. § 3

(1) The chairpersons and other impartial members as well as their substitutes may, for important reasons, be dismissed by the supervisory authority responsible for the management of the committees. The representatives of the sponsoring organizations and their deputies can be called off by the sponsoring organizations which they have ordered. The convocation can only take place at the end of a calendar half-year. It shall be notified to the chairman of the committee. Unofficial table of contents

§ 4

The establishment of the Office shall be explained to the Chairman of the Committee, who shall notify the institution responsible for the appointment. The establishment of the Chairperson shall be declared to the competent supervisory authority. If a deputy of the chairman of the Joint Federal Committee, one of the other impartisan members of the Joint Federal Committee or one of their deputits, places his office, the Chairman of the Joint Federal Committee shall suspend the Federal Ministry of Health. § 5

The members of the committees shall be obliged to attend meetings or to notify their substitutes if they are prevented from attending. This shall apply mutatily to the alternates. Unofficial table of contents

§ 6

The members of the committees appointed by the supporting organisations or their deputies shall be entitled to reimbursement of their expenses and to compensation for the time spent on the members of the institutions of the ordering bodies. § 7 Travel expenses for members of the Joint Federal Committee

The Chairperson and the other impartial members of the Joint Federal Committee shall receive travel expenses compensation in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Travel Cost Act. The claim is directed against the Joint Federal Committee. Unofficial table of contents

§ 8

The chairpersons and the other impartial members of the Land Committees or their deputists shall receive travel expenses in accordance with the rules of the country on travel expenses. § 9

The chairpersons and other impartial members of the committees or their deputies shall, in so far as they are not working full-time, receive, for each day of the sitting, compensation for the amount of time taken by the sponsoring organisations. , the determination shall be subject to the approval of the supervisory authority. § 10

The chairmen and other impartial members of the committees shall, in so far as they are not working full-time, receive a lump-sum compensation for time spent outside meetings of which the level of the sponsoring organisations shall be fixed. The deputies of the chairman or of the other non-partisan members of the Joint Federal Committee may receive a lump-sum compensation for expenditure of time outside meetings, the amount of which shall be determined by the sponsoring organisations. The determination shall be subject to the approval of the supervisory authority. § 7 sentence 2 and § 8 sentences 2 and 3 shall apply accordingly. Unofficial table of contents

§ 11

(1) The sponsoring organizations shall bear the costs of the representatives appointed by them. (2) The costs shall be borne by the chairpersons and the other impartial members of the Land Committees, as well as the other material and personal costs incurred by the institutions. the participating associations of physicians (dentists) on the one hand and the participating associations of the health insurance companies and the replacement cash registers on the other hand, on the other hand. The proportion of the associations of the sickness funds and the replacement cash registers shall be based on the number of representatives they have sent to the committees, and this shall apply mutagenic to the participating associations of doctors (dentists), if: a number of associations are involved in a committee. § 12

This Regulation shall apply in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Code of Transfer Law of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1) in conjunction with Article 3 of the Law on Veterinary Law, also in the Land of Berlin. Unofficial table of contents
