1.

(1) The official sign of the federal authorities is a red-changed, gold-coloured rectangle, in which the black federal eagle is located, turned the head to the right, the wings open, but with a closed plumage, beak, tongue and catch of red Color. (2) Under the federal eagle (usually without specifying the place) the official job title is attached with black writing. In the label, the item is omitted. Unofficial table of contents

(1) If a building contains several departments entitled to conduct the official sign of the federal authorities, they may use a common sign with the Federal Adler. (2) In this case, the service names shall be listed on the special, suspended appenders. Unofficial table of contents

(1) There are three sizes approved for official signs. The dimensions are in centimetres:

(1) All federal authorities as well as the Federal Institute for Employment Services and Unemployment Insurance are entitled to take the official account in accordance with paragraph 1 above. (2) The other legally competent federal bodies, institutions and foundations of the Federal Employment Service (Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsvermittlung und unemployment insurance) are entitled to Public law does not belong to the federal authorities within the meaning of paragraph 1. (3) In case of doubt, the Federal Minister of the Interior decides on the authority to lead the official sign in consultation with the relevant specialist ministers. Unofficial table of contents
