Regulation concerning vocational training as a treatment mechanic / to the treatment mechanic (treatment mechanic training Regulation) AMAusbV 2004 execution date: 09.02.2004 full quotation: "treatment mechanic training regulation of 9 February 2004 (BGBl. I S. 160)" footnote (+++ text detection from: 1. 8.2004 +++) employment prohibitions for women in the field of coal remain unaffected for reasons of occupational health and safety in employment underground.
This Decree is a training regulations within the meaning of section 25 of the vocational training Act. The training regulations and the thus harmonised, adopted by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany outline curriculum for vocational school will be soon published as a supplement to the Federal Gazette.

(2) at least the following skills and knowledge are the vocational training in the disciplines subject to: 1. in the field of natural stone: a) work planning and systematic troubleshooting, b) repairing machinery and equipment, c) per consultation and carrying out measures to ensure the quality, d) monitoring and control of automated and semi-automated processing sequences, e) loading, weighing and shipping feasibility of natural stones.
2. in the field of refractory and ceramic raw materials: a) work planning and systematic troubleshooting, b) repairing of machinery and equipment, c) per consultation and carrying out measures to ensure the quality, d) monitoring and control process and production processes of wet or dry processing of ceramic raw materials, e) filling, weighing and shipping feasibility of ceramic raw materials;
3. in the field of sand and gravel: a) work planning and systematic troubleshooting, b) repairing of machinery and equipment, c) per consultation and carrying out measures to ensure the quality, d) monitoring and control of automated and semi-automated processing sequences, e) loading, weighing and shipping feasibility of sand and gravel;
4. in the field of coal: a) work planning and systematic troubleshooting, b) repairing of machinery and equipment, c) per consultation and carrying out measures to ensure the quality, d) monitoring and control of automated and semi-automated processing sequences, e) loading, weighing and shipping feasibility of coal;
5. in the field of brown coal: a) work planning and systematic troubleshooting, b) repairing of machinery and equipment, c) per consultation and carrying out measures to ensure the quality, d) monitoring and control of automated and semi-automated extraction and processing sequences, e) loading, weighing and shipping feasibility of brown coal.

§ 4 training curriculum (1) the skills and knowledge according to § 3 shall according to the included instructions for the factual and temporal structure of vocational training (training curriculum) to be taught in the plant. § 8 final examination (1) the audit extends on the knowledge and skills listed in the annex, as well as on the curriculum taught in the vocational school, as far as it is essential for the training.

c) in the field of sand and gravel: aa) occupational safety, environmental protection and rational use of energy, bb) classification, properties and use of sand and gravel, cc) measurement, control, regulation and process control for the manufacturing operation of production systems, dd) extraction and processing technology, ee) design and operation of machines and equipment for the extraction and processing of sand and gravel, ff) inspection techniques and methods of analysis, gg) loading, weighing and shipping feasibility;
d) in the field of hard coal: aa) occupational safety, environmental protection and rational use of energy, bb) classification, properties and use of coal, cc) measurement, control, regulation and process control technology in coal processing, dd) processing technology and processing methods of coal, ee) design and operation of machines and equipment for the coal preparation, ff) inspection techniques and methods of analysis of coal, gg) loading, weighing and shipping feasibility;
e) in the technical direction of brown coal: aa) occupational safety, environmental protection and rational use of energy, bb) classification, properties and use of brown coal, cc) measurement, control, regulation and process control in the lignite extraction and processing, dd) extraction and processing technology as well as procedures of brown coal, ee) design and operation of machines and equipment to the lignite extraction and processing, ff) inspection techniques and methods of analysis for brown coal, gg) loading, weighing and shipping feasibility;
2. in the audit work plan: a) handling of sketches and drawings, tables, statistics, diagrams, Assembly, switching and work plans, material flow and operation plans as well as operating schedules, b) interpret of technical data, c) application-related data processing;
3. in the examination of technical mathematics: a) detecting mixtures and doses, b) count with physical and technical capacities, c) determining and analysis of production data;
