§ 4 Training framework plan

(1) The skills and knowledge according to § 3 are to be taught according to the guidance on the factual and chronological structure of the vocational training (training framework plan) contained in the annex. . A material and time breakdown of the content of the training which deviates from the training framework plan is particularly permissible, insofar as special operational features require the deviation.(2) The skills and knowledge referred to in this Regulation shall be communicated in such a way as to enable trainees to carry out a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (2) of the Vocational Training Act, which shall: shall include, in particular, independent planning, implementation and control. § 5 Training plan

§ 6 Report Sheft

§ 7 Intermediate examination

(1) An intermediate examination is to be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It is to take place before the end of the second year of training.(2) The intermediate examination shall cover the skills and knowledge referred to in the first year of training and the third half-year of training, as well as the teaching material to be provided in the vocational education and training course in accordance with the framework curriculum; in so far as it is essential for vocational training.(3) In order to demonstrate the skills, the examinee should make a test piece in a maximum of four hours and carry out two working samples in a total of two hours. For this purpose, in particular:
1.
as an examination piece: manufacture of a mechanical assembly by manual and machine clamping, cold forming and joining, including creation of a work plan as well as a test log;
2.
as working samples:
a)
making a mechanical connection,
b)

(4) For the purpose of proving the knowledge, the test item should be completed in a maximum of 180 minutes, which apply to practice-related cases, in writing, from the following areas:

§ 8 final examination

(1) The final examination extends the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material taught in the vocational education and training course, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training.(2) In the practical part of the examination, the examinee shall prepare an examination piece in no more than six hours and carry out four working samples in a maximum of four hours, taking into account the specific features of the subject-specific field.
