§ 1 Cancellation of debt relief

The debt relief under the Law on the deleveraging of small and medium-sized farmers upon entry into agricultural production cooperatives of 17 February 1954 of the German Democratic Republic (GBl). 224) shall be repealed with effect from 1 January 2005. The first sentence shall also apply to excuses which continue in accordance with Section 50 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Due date

§ 3 Abatement and hardship control

The omission of the apology requirements at an earlier date shall remain unaffected.
