I p. 1314), amended by the introduction Act to the Penal Code of 2 March 1974 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 469), the Federal Government with the consent of the Federal Council decreed: § 1 types and extent of occupational retirement provision is carried to a Federal statistics in 1974.
§ 2 (1) in the survey, the company of selected areas except the authorities, establishments and foundations under public law, be included with 10 and more employees of the following sectors of the economy: 1. manufacturing industry excluding construction;
3. transport and communication;
4. credit institutions and insurance industry;
5. Services, if provided by businesses and professions.
(2) the survey is representative being carried.
§ 3 the survey collected 1 the forms of occupational retirement provision, 2 that have the number of enterprises that have a company pension plan, and the number of workers expected operational services, 3. the average amount of monthly benefits, which is reached after 35 years of service in the company at the time of the survey, 4. the expenses of the company for occupational pensions in 1973.
Auskunftspflichtig pursuant to § 10 of the law on statistics for federal purposes, the owner or Manager of the companies surveyed are § 4.
§ 5 this Regulation shall apply to § 14 of the third of transfer Act of January 4, 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1) in conjunction with article 17 of the law on statistics for federal purposes also in Berlin, Germany.
§ 6 this regulation enters into force on the day of its promulgation.
