Pursuant to Section 33 (1) and Articles 68, 114 and 120 of the Law on the Pensions of Farmers, § 33 (1) and (68) last amended by Article 17 (13) and (23) and Articles 114 and 120 of Article 17 (36) and (38) of the Law on the Protection of the Farmers Law of 20 April 2007 (BGBl. 554), it is made known:

1.

For the calendar year 2013, the contribution to farmers ' retirement provision is 222 euros per month.

2.

The contribution to farmers ' retirement provision amounts to 189 euros per month for the accession area for the calendar year 2013.

3.

The monthly grant amount for the calendar year 2013 shall be as follows:
