§ 1 Fees

(1) Charges and public services of the accreditation body in connection with the accreditation and supervision of laboratories, inspection and certification bodies (conformity assessment bodies) shall be charged to the accreditation body and shall be subject to the following conditions: Deposits under this Regulation are levied. (2) The chargeable facts and rates shall be the result of the installation of this Regulation. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Deposits

The costs are determined in accordance with § 23 (6) of the Federal fee law. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery. Unofficial table of contents
