§ 1 Objective of the master examination and the name of the training qualification

(1) In order to demonstrate the skills, knowledge and skills acquired through the vocational training of the agricultural service master and the agricultural service master, the competent authority may carry out exams in accordance with § § 2 to 9. § 2 Admission requirements

(1) To be admitted to the master's examination, who
1.
a final examination completed with success in the recognised training profession Agricultural service and thereafter an at least two-year professional practice or
2.
an audit completed successfully in another recognised agricultural training occupation and thereafter at least three years of professional practice, or
3.
at least five years of professional experience

§ 3 Outline of the Master Examination

(1) The master test shall include the test pieces

Vocational training and staff management.

§ 4 Requirements in the examination section "Plant production, process and agricultural technology, services"

(1) The purpose of the test shall be to demonstrate that it is planning the plant production and measures of the maintenance of the countryside, including the associated use of the labour, machinery, equipment, operating equipment and operating materials, and assess it. 9.
Marketing of products and services in the agricultural service sector,
10.
Ensuring occupational health and safety,
11.
Control, assess and optimise the production processes and the operational processes
12.
Take into account the interactions between operation and the environment; apply environmentally friendly measures in procurement, production, marketing and disposal,
13.
Take into account the legal provisions relating to production, environmental protection, consumer protection and marketing.
(3) The examination consists of a work project in accordance with paragraph 4 and a written examination in accordance with paragraph 5. (4) In the work project it is to be proven that, on the basis of concrete operational situations, relations of the areas Plant construction, agricultural service, marketing and marketing in a complex sense, analysed, appropriate solutions proposals can be created and these can be implemented. § 5 Requirements in the "Operations and Corporate Governance" section

(1) The purpose of the test is to demonstrate that it can identify, analyse and assess economic, legal and social relationships during operation, as well as to show development opportunities. (2) The examination shall cover the following contents:
1.
Classify and assess the framework conditions and structure of service providers,
2.
Control and evaluate production, production processes and services,
3.
Collect, analyze and evaluate operational results
4.
Carry out profitability analyses,
5.
Evaluation of the operational and work organisation,
6.
Assess marketing measures,
7.
Calculate and create offers,
8.
Planning of operational development, in particular investment, financing and liquidity,
9.
Apply occupational legislation, in particular contract and liability law, labour and social law, environmental law, traffic law,
10.
Apply the tax accountancy system in accordance with tax methods and procedures.
(3) The examination shall consist of an operational assessment as referred to in paragraph 4 and a written examination in accordance with paragraph 5. (4) During the operating assessment, the situation of a foreign holding shall be recorded, analysed and assessed in the economic context. as well as development opportunities. § 6 Requirements in the examination section "Vocational Training and Staff Management"

(1) The purpose of the test is to demonstrate that it can identify the links between vocational training and staff management, train apprentices and lead employees, and have appropriate technical, methodological and didactic skills. (2) The Evidence of the qualification referred to in paragraph 1 shall be carried out in the following fields of action:
1.
Study training requirements and plan training,
2.
prepare training and recruit apprentices,
3.
training,
4.
Complete the training
5.
Identify personnel requirements, select employees, set and assign tasks to them, and
6.
Lead, lead, promote and motivate employees and support their continuing vocational training.
(3) The field of action referred to in paragraph 2 (1) shall comprise the competences:
1.
the advantages and benefits of occupational training and to be able to justify them,
2.
to carry out planning in respect of company training needs on the basis of the legal, contractual and operational framework conditions and to make decisions,
3.
to present the structures of the vocational training system and its interfaces,
4.
To select and justify training occupations for the holding,
5.
to examine the suitability of the establishment for the training in the training occupation to be assessed and to examine whether and to what extent training contents are carried out by measures outside the training centre, in particular by training in the network and by means of training programmes. in-company and out-of-company training,
6.
to assess the possibilities for the use of measures preparatory to vocational training, and
7.
to coordinate the tasks of the participants in the training, taking into account their functions and qualifications.
(4) The field of action referred to in paragraph 2 (2) shall comprise the competences:
1.
to draw up an in-company training plan based on a training order, which is based in particular on working and business-related business processes,
2.
to take into account the possibilities of participation and participation of the operational interest groups in vocational training,
3.
to identify the need for cooperation and to coordinate with the cooperation partners, in particular the vocational school, in terms of content and organisation,
4.
to apply criteria and procedures for the selection of trainees, also taking account of their differences in their differences,
5.
to prepare the vocational training contract and to arrange for the registration of the contract with the competent authority;
6.
to examine the possibilities of whether parts of vocational training can be carried out abroad.
(5) The field of action referred to in paragraph 2 (3) shall comprise the competences:
1.
to create conditions conducive to learning and a motivating learning culture, to give feedback and to receive feedback,
2.
to organize, design and evaluate the probaation period,
3.
to develop and design operational learning and work tasks from the company training plan and the working and business processes that are typical of the profession,
4.
to select training methods and media in a targeted manner and to use them in a situation-specific manner,
5.
To support apprentices in learning difficulties through individual training and learning guidance, to use support for training as needed, and to examine the possibility of extending the training period,
6.
to make additional training courses to be developed, particularly in the form of additional qualifications, and to examine the possibility of shortening the duration of the training and the possibility of early admission to the final examination,
7.
to promote the social and personal development of trainees, to identify problems and conflicts in good time and to work towards solutions,
8.
to identify and evaluate services, evaluate performance assessments of third parties and test results, conduct assessment discussions, draw conclusions for the further course of training, and
9.
to promote intercultural competences.
(6) The field of action referred to in paragraph 2 (4) shall comprise the competences:
1.
to prepare apprentices for the final examination, taking into account the dates of the examination, and to lead the training to a successful conclusion,
2.
to ensure that the trainees register for examinations at the competent authority and to draw attention to specific features which are relevant to the implementation of the application,
3.
Participate in the preparation of a written certificate on the basis of performance assessments, and
4.
To inform and advise apprentices about company development paths and vocational education and training opportunities.
(7) The field of action referred to in paragraph 2 (5) shall comprise the competences:
1.
to implement the legal basis of labour, tariff and social law in operation,
2.
to apply the concepts of personnel planning,
3.
to select, recruit and work with employees,
4.
to assess the performance, qualification and suitability of employees and to transfer tasks to them in accordance with the assessment,
5.
to initiate disease prevention and to organise measures, and
6.
To put an end to work.
(8) The field of action referred to in paragraph 2 (6) shall comprise the competences:
1.
to encourage employees to identify and assess performance and conduct, where appropriate, with the performance of third party performance assessments;
2.
to conduct employee and assessment talks and to identify development opportunities,
3.
motivate and encourage employees,
4.
to qualify employees and to support them in continuing training,
5.
to recognize social relationships and conflicts,
6.
to apply conflict management measures, to organise and support teamwork, and
7.
To know leadership styles and to critically reflect on their own leadership behavior.
(9) The examination is divided into the sections Vocational Training and Staff Management. The vocational training section shall consist of a practical part referred to in paragraph 10 and a written part referred to in paragraph 11. The section "Employee guidance" consists of a case study in accordance with paragraph 12. (10) The practical part consists of the implementation of a training situation to be selected by the examinee in coordination with the examination board and a specialist discussion. The training situation is to be planned in writing and practically carried out. The selection and design of the training situation will be explained in the expert discussion. A period of seven days is available for the written planning of the training situation. For the practical implementation of the training situation, 60 minutes are available. The expert discussion should not last longer than 30 minutes. (11) In the written part, the examinee shall deal with case-related tasks relating to the competencies listed in paragraphs 3 to 6. The examination time is 150 minutes. (12) In the case study, the examinee is to analyse a situation of the staff management given by the examination board, which relates to the competencies listed in paragraphs 7 and 8. Develop options for action, present them in writing, and explain them in a specialist discussion. For the case study, 120 minutes are available. § 7 Invoice of other exams

Upon request, the competent authority may exempt the examinee from the examination of individual test components in accordance with § 4 (3), § 5 (3) and Article 6 (9) if, in the last five years before the application has been submitted, a competent authority, a a public or state-approved educational institution or, before a state examination board, a test with success which meets the requirements of the relevant examination contents in accordance with this Regulation. § 8 Existence of the Master Examination

(1) The three parts of the test shall be assessed separately. For the test piece "Plant production, process and agricultural technology, services", a note shall be made as an arithmetic mean of the assessments of the performance in the examination in accordance with § 4 (4) and in the examination in accordance with § 4 (5); in this case the grade in the test according to § 4 paragraph 4 has twice the weight. For the examination part "Operation and management", a note is to be considered as an arithmetic mean from the assessments of the services in the examination in accordance with § 5 (4) and in the examination according to § 5 (5). For the examination part "Vocational training and staff management", a note is the arithmetic mean of the assessments of the performance in the examinations in accordance with § 6 (10) and (11) in the section Vocational Training and the performance in the examination according to § 6 Section 12 in the section "Employee guidance", the grade for the section "Vocational Training" is to be weighted at 60 percent and the grade for the section "Employee guidance" is to be weighted at 40 percent. The grade for the section "Vocational Training" is to be considered as an arithmetic mean of the assessments of the performance in the examination according to § 6 (10) and in the examination according to § 6 (11); the note in the examination according to § 6 (10) has the following (2) The overall performance in the test shall be a note; it shall be calculated as the arithmetic mean of the marks for the individual parts of the test. (3) The test shall be passed if the test piece in each test piece has made at least the grade "sufficient". It has not been passed if at least one of the services in the tests referred to in paragraph 1 has been "insufficient" in the examination as a whole or more than one of those benefits. (4) The tests in accordance with § 4 (5), § 5 (§ 5) 5 and 6 (11) shall be supplemented by an oral examination in each case if they are of importance for the existence of the examination. The supplementary test should not last longer than 30 minutes. § 9 Repeal of the Master Examination

(1) A master examination which has not been passed can be repeated twice. (2) In the repeat examination, the examinee is on application from the examination in individual examination parts in accordance with § 3 (1) and in the individual examination components in accordance with § 8 (1), if the performance has been rated "sufficient" in a previous examination at least with the grade "sufficient" and the test item is within two years, calculated from the date of completion of the non-examination , to the repeat check. Section 10 Transitional provisions

(1) The examination procedures that have been initiated by 28 May 2014 may be completed in accordance with the provisions in force until 28 May 2014. (2) examinees who did not pass the test after the provisions in force until 28 May 2014 and who are within the following conditions: Register for a repeat examination of two years from 29 May 2014, the repeat examination can be taken after the regulations valid until 28 May 2014.
