This legal regulation is a training order within the meaning of § 4 of the Vocational Training Act. The training regulations and the coordinated framework curriculum for the vocational school, which was agreed by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany, are published as a supplement to the Federal Gazette.

§ 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

According to § 4 paragraph 1 of the Vocational Training Act, the vocational training profession Agricultural service is recognized by the state. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Duration of vocational training

§ 3 Training framework plan, vocational training programme

(1) The subject-matter of vocational training shall be at least the skills, knowledge and skills listed in the training framework plan (Appendix) (professional capacity for action). An organization of the training, which deviates from the training framework plan, is particularly permissible, insofar as the particularities of the company's practical experience require the deviation. (2) Vocational training is structured as follows (vocational training course):

(3) In order to ensure a sufficient breadth and depth of the skills, knowledge and skills to be provided in accordance with paragraph 2 (A) (5), these must be at least in three of the following cultures:

oil fruits,

§ 4 Implementation of vocational training

(1) The skills, knowledge and skills referred to in this Regulation shall be taught in such a way as to enable trainees to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (3) of the Vocational Training Act. , which includes, in particular, independent planning, implementation and control. This qualification must also be proved in the examinations according to § § 5 and 6. (2) The trainees have to draw up a training plan on the basis of the training framework plan for the trainees. (3) The trainees have a to provide written evidence of formal qualifications. They should be given the opportunity to lead them during the training period. § 5 Interim examination

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It is to take place before the end of the second year of training. (2) The intermediate examination shall cover the skills, knowledge and skills listed in the Annex for the first 18 months, as well as those in the vocational education and training system. (3) The intermediate examination consists of the following examination areas:
1.
plant construction and agricultural technology,
2.
Work organisation.
(4) The following guidelines exist for the examination area Plant Construction and Agricultural Engineering:
1.
The purpose of the test is to demonstrate that it is carrying out work on plant construction, which can combine the necessary agricultural technology, make it ready for use, and can wait and take action on work organisation, environmental protection, and the environment. the safety and health protection at work and the cost-effectiveness can be taken into account, and its approach can be justified;
2.
for this purpose, at least two of the following activities shall be selected, at least one of the activities of points (a) to (d) and at least one of the activities of points (e) to (f):

e)

the test specimen is to carry out two working samples in accordance with the vegetation profile and to each conduct an order-related expert discussion;
4.
the examination time is a total of three hours; within this period, the technical discussions should be carried out in a maximum of 30 minutes.
(5) The following guidelines exist for the examination area Labour Organisation:

The examinee is to prove that he:
a)
apply occupational statutory provisions and standards,
b)
planning work-preparation measures and working steps in plant construction,
c)
Safety and health protection at work,
d)
Take account of measures for nature conservation and environmental protection and sustainability in its activities,

§ 6 Final examination

(1) The final examination shall determine whether the examinee has acquired the professional capacity to act. (4) The following guidelines exist for the examination area Plant Construction:
1.

(5) The following guidelines exist for the agricultural technology examination area:
1.

(6) The following guidelines exist for the examination area of services, communication and information:
1.
The examinee is to prove that he:
a)
Accept Customer Requests and Edit Work Orders

the exam time is 120 minutes.
(7) The following guidelines exist for the examination area of economic and social studies:
1.
The purpose of the audit is to demonstrate that it is capable of presenting and assessing the general economic and social context of the working and working world;

(8) For the determination of the overall result, the results of the examination areas are to be combined into one note. The individual examination areas shall be weighted as follows:
1. Plant construction 35 percent,
2. Agricultural technology 35 percent,
3. Service, communication and information 20 percent,
4. Economic and social studies 10 percent.
(9) The final examination has been passed if the services
1.
in the overall result, at least "sufficient",
2.
in at least three areas of examination with at least "sufficient",
3.
in no examination area with "insufficient"
(10) At the request of the examinee, the examination shall be carried out in one of the areas of examination which have been assessed to be less than "sufficient" and in which examination performances with their own request and weighting are to be provided in writing, by means of a an oral examination of about 15 minutes should be completed if this can be the case for the passing of the examination. In determining the result for this examination area, the previous result and the result of the oral supplementary examination in a ratio of 2: 1 shall be weighted. In partial areas of examination areas in which examination performances with their own requirements and weighting are to be provided in writing, the sentences 1 and 2 shall apply accordingly. § 7 Existing Vocational Training Conditions

Vocational training conditions which exist at the date of entry into force of this Regulation may be continued in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation, taking into account the training period previously completed, if the Contracting Parties agree to this. Unofficial table of contents

Section 8 Entry into force
