§ 1 Minimum requirements for the establishment and the economic condition

(1) In the light of the requirements referred to in Article 27 (1) of the Vocational Training Act, the training centre must be a holding which, in accordance with the nature and scope of production and services, and according to its management status, shall: Prerequisites for this offer are that the apprentices are the one in the Regulation on Vocational Training for the Speciality Agricultural Service of 23 July 2009 (BGBl. 2157), in the relevant version, skills, knowledge and skills (professional capacity to act) can be taught. Continuous guidance must be ensured. (2) The training centre must be a main agricultural enterprise, as an independent agricultural unit, as an agricultural service provider or as an agricultural service provider. It must have appropriate social spaces and sanitary facilities. In the case of the application in accordance with Article 27 (3) of the Vocational Training Act, a certificate of safety must be issued by the competent professional association on compliance with the accident prevention regulations, which are not older than one year. If apprentices are admitted to the domestic community, they must be provided with accommodation which is up-to-date and equipped. (8) A training centre is unsuitable if the holder's assets are not or the proprietor has been opened for bankruptcy or settlement proceedings. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Exceptions

A training centre where the necessary professional skills, knowledge and skills cannot be fully imparted shall be deemed to be appropriate if it is ensured that they are carried out by training outside the training centre. § 3 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2005.
