The Bundestag, with the approval of the Federal Council, has decided the following law: Non-Official Table of Contents
The accession of the Federal Republic of Germany to the one in London on 5 June 2009. The International Conference on the Restriction of the Use of Harmful Anti-fouling Systems for Ships, adopted in October 2001, on the International Convention on the Restriction of the Use of Harmful Anti-fouling Systems Ships are agreed. The Convention shall be published below with an official German translation. Non-official table of contents
(1) The manufacturer of an approved, registered, or released anti-fouling system has the information in Article 9 (3) of the Convention of another Contracting Party on the request of that Convention. Article 66 (2) to (4) of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 2012. May 2012 on the making available on the market and use of biocidal products (OJ L 327, 28.5.2012, p. 1), it is appropriate to apply the provisions of this Regulation.(2) In breach of the provisions of the first sentence of the first sentence of paragraph 1, those who, as a manufacturer, do not provide the information referred to therein, are not correct, not complete or not in good time. The administrative offence can be punished with a fine of up to ten thousand euros.(3) The administrative authority within the meaning of Section 36 (1) (1) of the Code of Administrative Offences shall be the competent authority in accordance with national law. The Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development is authorized to do so by means of a legal regulation without Consent of the Federal Council Amendments to the Convention in accordance with its Article 16, which are within the scope of the objectives of the Convention, to be put into effect. Legal regulations according to the first sentence require the consent of the Federal Council if they contain provisions which are to be carried out by the countries as their own matter. (1) This law enters into force on the day after it is announced.(2) The date on which the Convention enters into force for the Federal Republic of Germany pursuant to its Article 18 (2) shall be announced in the Federal Law Gazans.
