With the approval of the Federal Council, the Bundestag has adopted the following law: Unofficial table of contents

Species 1

The accession of the Federal Republic of Germany to the one in London on 5 November. The International Conference on the Restriction of the Use of Harmful Anti-fouling Systems for Ships, adopted in October 2001, on the International Convention on the Restriction of the Use of Harmful Anti-fouling Systems Ships are agreed. The Convention shall be published below with an official German translation. Unofficial table of contents

Type 2

(1) The manufacturer of an approved, registered or released anti-fouling system shall supply the information provided for in Article 9 (3) of the Convention to another Contracting Party on the request of that Convention. Article 66 (2) to (4) of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2012 on the making available on the market and the use of biocidal products (OJ L 327, 22.5.2012, p. 1), the same applies. (2) Contrary to the law, anyone who, as a manufacturer, does not provide the information referred to in the first sentence of the first sentence of paragraph 1, does not supply it correctly, in full or in time. The administrative offence can be punished with a fine of up to ten thousand euros. (3) Administrative authority within the meaning of Section 36 (1) (1) of the Code of Administrative Offences is the competent authority in accordance with national law. Unofficial table of contents

Art 3

The Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development is authorized to enter into force by means of a legal regulation without the consent of the Bundesrat, amendments to the Convention in accordance with its Article 16, which comply with the objectives of the Convention. . Legal regulations according to the first sentence require the consent of the Federal Council if they contain provisions which are to be carried out by the countries as their own matter. (1) This Act shall enter into force on the day following its announcement. (2) The date on which the Convention enters into force for the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with its Article 18 (2) shall be announced in the Federal Law Gazproc.
