Art 80 Return to the uniform regulation

The parts of the Regulations, as amended, pursuant to Articles 12, 13, 14, 15, 21, 25, 26, 33, 34, 35, 47, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 71, 76 and 79 may be used in conjunction with this Article on the basis of the relevant authorisation in each case. be amended or repealed by means of a regulation.

Art 81 Continuation of legal regulations

The legal regulations adopted pursuant to the Employment Promotion Act and which continue to apply may be amended and repealed in accordance with the authorisations provided for in this Act for the adoption of legal regulations. Until the repeal by a legal regulation pursuant to Article 1, Section 370 (2), the sixteenth regulation on the implementation of the Law on Employment Services and Unemployment Insurance (grant of adjustment aid) of 13 April 1962 (BGBl. 237) and the twenty-second Regulation implementing the Law on Employment Services and Unemployment Insurance (technical and managerial staff from developing countries) of 11 May 1967 (BGBl. Art 83 Entry into force

(1) This Act shall enter into force on 1 January 1998, unless otherwise specified in the following paragraphs. (2) Regulations authorizing the adoption of legal orders and orders and for the approval of orders shall take place on the day of the day (3) Article 11, Article 39, Article 42, Article 63-with the exception of point 3 (c), double letter aa, point 5, point 7 (a), points 10 and 11, point 12 (a) double letters aa, bb and point (b), points (13) and (14), and Article 64 (1) (a) (aa), and Point (b), (2) (a), (3) (a) and (7) shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following the announcement. (4) Article 12 (1) shall enter into force with effect from 1 January 1995. (5) The provisions of the Third Book Social Code (Article 1) on

the insolvency allowance and with respect to the insolvency allowance, in this case Article 1 (3) (1) no. 10, para. 4, § 116 No. 5, § § 183 to 189, § § 208, 314, 316, 320 (2), § 321 No. 1, 2 and 4, § 324 (3), § 327 (1) and (3), § 404 (2) No. 1, 19 and 20, para. 3, § 430 (5),
2.
the transfer for the insolvency allowance and with respect to the transfer for the insolvency allowance, in this case Article 1 § 358 to 362, § 402 para. 1 No. 10
Article 4 (7), Article 37 and Article 38 shall enter into force on 1 January 1999.
