Species 1

The accession of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Khartoum Convention of 4 August 1963 on the establishment of the African Development Bank in the recast version of 17 May 1979 and the Bank's Board of Governors on 17 May 1979 General rules for the admission of non-regional states as members of the Bank shall be approved. Type 2

In order to meet the obligations of the Federal Republic of Germany from its accession to the African Development Bank, the Federal Government is authorized to carry out a share of 184,440,000.00 u.a. (in words: One hundred and eighty-four million four hundred thousand units of account) in the equivalent of 424,394,963,00 DM (in words: four hundred and twenty million three hundred and ninety-nine thousand hundred and sixty-three hundred and sixty-three German marks) Drawing courses. Art 3

The Deutsche Bundesbank is the deposit institution for the African Development Bank pursuant to Article 40 (2) of the Convention. Unofficial table of contents

Species 4

This law shall also apply in the Land of Berlin, provided that the Land Berlin determines the application of this law. Unofficial table of contents

Species 5

(1) This Act shall enter into force on the day following its announcement. (2) The date on which the Convention and the General Regulations referred to in Section 8 of the General Regulations for the Federal Republic of Germany shall enter into force shall be published in the following: Announcement of the Federal Law Gazans.
