Pursuant to § 3 (1) in conjunction with Section 2 of the Agricultural and Fisheries Fund Information Act of 26 November 2008 (BGBl. § 1 Scope

This Regulation shall apply to publications in accordance with the Agricultural and Fisheries Fund Information Act. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Content and structure of the website

(1) The Internet site referred to in Article 2 (1) of the Agrar and Fisheries Fund Information Law shall be subject to the following conditions:

in Articles 111 and 112 of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the financing, administration and control system of the common agricultural policy (OJ L 139, 30.4.2013, p. OJ L 347, 20.12.2013, p. 549),

2.

in Articles 57 and 58 of the Implementing Regulation (EU) No 908/2014 of 6 August 2014 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the paying agencies and other bodies, the management of funds, the clearance of accounts and the rules on controls, guarantees and transparency (OJ C 139, 30.4.2004, p. OJ L 255, 28.8.2014, p. 59) and

in Article 119, in conjunction with Annex V to Regulation (EU) No 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and repealing Regulations (EC) No 2328/2003, (EC) No 2328/2003, 861/2006, (EC) No 1198/2006 and (EC) No 791/2007 of the Council and of Regulation (EU) No 1255/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council (OJ L 210, 31.7.2007, p. OJ L 149, 20.5.2014, p. 1)

§ 2a Threshold regulation

(1) For the purpose of implementing Article 112 of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013, as amended, beneficiaries whose total amount of aid is equal to or lower than that of the European Commission in one year shall be granted Article 112 (2) of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 for Germany is given instead of the name of the code "small consignee". (2) Where the number of beneficiaries referred to in paragraph 1 in a municipality with regard to one of the beneficiaries referred to in paragraph 2 is given in Annex XIII of the Implementing Regulation (EU) No 908/2014 does not exceed , for the purpose of implementing Article 58 of the Implementing Regulation (EU) No 908/2014, for the purposes of implementing Article 58 of the Implementing Regulation (EU) No 908/2014, in the case of all the beneficiaries referred to in paragraph 1 of that municipality, unless they are legal persons, the municipality shall be replaced indicated the next major administrative unit to which the municipality belongs. This also applies if several postal codes are allocated to a municipality and the beneficiaries are each managed under different postal codes of the same municipality. (3) Municipalities within the meaning of paragraph 2 are also district-free cities. § 3 Correction, blocking and deletion of information

(1) Where a correction of the published information is necessary in accordance with the data protection provisions applicable to the publishing body, the published body shall immediately have the information in the Change the publication file of the database accordingly. (2) As far as publications are not permitted or are inadmissible pursuant to the data protection provisions applicable to the publishing body, the publication has to be published. without delay, the information on which the publication is based in the Delete the publishing file of the database accordingly. The deletion shall not be deleted if there is reason to believe that otherwise legitimate interests of the data subject are adversely affected. In this case, the information shall be blocked immediately. (3) The published data shall be deleted from the published data two years after the first day of its publication. § 4 View of inspection

(1) The information on the payment of funds from the European Fund for Agriculture and Fisheries can be viewed exclusively via the Internet. (2) The Barrier-free Information Technology Ordination of 12 September 2011 (BGBl. I p. 1843), as amended, shall apply accordingly. Unofficial table of contents

§ 5 Data Security

(1) The Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food (Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung) ensures, through technical and organizational measures of a safety concept, that

the publication of the data in an information network certified in accordance with DIN ISO/IEC 27001, edition 2008-09 *), based on basic IT protection, and all internal technical and organisational measures in the Federal Institute under the Conditions of the information network of the Federal Institute certified according to DIN ISO/IEC 27001, edition 2008-09, on the basis of the IT-Grundschutz-certified information network of the Federal Institute,

2.

the information published on the Internet site can only be modified, blocked or deleted by the publication in each case,

3.

The published information remains intact, complete and up-to-date during its publication on the Internet.

In accordance with the requirements of DIN ISO/IEC 27001, issue 2008-09, certification on the basis of IT-Grundschutz, the Federal Institute has to regularly check or have the security concept verified, whether it is still in the state of the Technology or to adapt to technical development. The period of the sentence 2 begins with the conclusion of the first-time certification according to the first sentence of 1. (2) The Federal Agency has

ensure, through organisational and technical arrangements, that it becomes immediately aware of any malfunctions occurring, and

2.

to correct them immediately.

(3) If there are disturbances or interruptions during a data transfer, the Federal Institute shall immediately notify this to the agency that is to be notified. In such a case, the Bundesanstalt shall request a new transmission.

§ 6 Entry into force, expiry of the external force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery.
