On the basis of § 4 of the Federal Medical Regulations (Bundesärzteordnung) in the version of the Notice dated 16 April 1987 (BGBl. 1218), as defined by Article 45 (2) of the Law of 20 December 1988 (BGBl). I p. 2477) has been amended to:

Species 1

Type 2

The existence of a written examination must be decided once again if the examinee did not pass the examination, because he was responsible for the amendment of the provisions of Section 14 (5) of the Doctors Approbationsordnung in the version of the Second Regulation Approbationsordnung für Ärzte vom 24. Februar 1978 (BGBl. 312) for the existence of the examination, it has not reached the required number of answered questions and the decision of the competent State Examination Office on the non-existence of this examination on 6 June 1989 was not yet conclusive. § 14 (5) of the Approbationsordnung für Ärzte vom 28. October 1970 (BGBl. 1458), to be applied in the version up to 31 July 1979.

§ 1

In the case of medical students, who are admitted for the first time to the medical examination by 10 March 1992, Appendix 1 to the Approbationsordnung für Ärzte (Approbationsordnung für Ärzte) will be applied in the version currently in force. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2

In the case of medical students who are admitted to the first section of the medical examination for the first time until August 10, 1990, Appendix 2 to the Approbationsordnung für Ärzte (Approbationsordnung für Ärzte) will be applied in the version currently in force. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3

In the case of medical students who are admitted to the second section of the medical examination for the first time until March 10, 1993, Appendix 3 to the Doctors Approbationsordnung will be applied in the previous version. Unofficial table of contents

§ 4

Medical students who are admitted for the first time to the Medical Examination or to the First Section of the Medical Examination for the first time by 10 March 1992, or to the Second Section of the Medical Examination for the first time by 10 March 1993, place the examinations in accordance with the rules currently in force. Article 23b, sentence 5 and section 34 (1), fifth sentence, shall apply in the version of this Regulation. The first sentence shall not apply to repeat tests in the case of examinees who do not pass the medical examination or the first section of the medical examination up to 1 July 1992 or the second part of the medical examination by 1 July 1993.

Species 4

The Federal Minister for Youth, Family, Women and Health can make known the wording of the Approbationsordnung for Doctors in the version in force after the entry into force of this Regulation in the Federal Law Gazans.

Species 5

This regulation applies in accordance with § 14 of the Third Transfer Act in conjunction with Section 15 of the Federal Medical Code also in the Land of Berlin.

Species 6

This Regulation shall enter into force, with the exception of Article 1 (3) (b) and (c) and Article 1 (7), on 1 January 1990. Article 1 (7) shall enter into force on 1 March 1990. Article 1 (3) (b) (a) (aa) and (3) (c) shall take place on 1 January 2008. October 1990, Article 1 (3) (b), double-letter bb occurs on 1. October 1995, in force. Unofficial table of contents
