On the basis of § 4 of the Federal Medical Regulations (Bundesärzteordnung) in the version of the notice of 14. October 1977 (BGBl. 1885), which is defined by Article 1 (2) of the Law of 14 March 1985 (BGBl). I p. 555) has been amended with the consent of the Federal Council:

§ 1

Medical students who successfully pass the medical examination by June 30, 1988, complete the examination of the medical training with this examination. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2

Medical students who register for the medical examination by 20 January 1989 shall carry out this examination in accordance with the rules in force until 1 May 1990, if they are to be examined. Unofficial table of contents

Medical students who report to the Second Section of the Medical Examination by 20 January 1988 shall carry out this examination in accordance with the rules in force until 1 May 1989, provided that they are in force. Unofficial table of contents

§ 4

Medical students who report to the Third Section of the Medical Examination by 20 January 1988 shall apply this examination in accordance with the rules which have been applied until 31 December 1989. Unofficial table of contents

§ 5

Without prejudice to Article 2 (3) to (5), all written examinations referred to in Article 14 (4) and (6) of the Approbationsordnung for Doctors, as amended by Article 1 (9) (b) and (d), shall apply from the date of entry into force of Article 5. On written examinations in the third section of the Medical Examination, which is based on the 3o. Article 14 (6) of the Approbationsordnung für Ärzte (Approbationsordnung für Ärzte) shall apply in the version valid up to 31 December 1987. Unofficial table of contents

§ 6

For students who take all sections of the medical examination according to current law, § 34 (1) of the Doctors Approbationsordnung (Approbationsordnung für Ärzte) applies in the version of the Notice of 3 April 1979 (BGBl. 425, 609), as last amended by the Regulation of 19 December 1983 (BGBl I). I p. 1482). Article 34 (1) of the Rules of Approbation for Doctors as amended by this Regulation shall apply for the first time to students who have completed all sections of the medical examination in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation. In the case of students who are in part subject to the individual sections of the medical examination according to current law and partly in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation, no overall grade is formed in accordance with § 34 para. 1 of the Approbationsordnung für Ärzte.

Art 3

The Federal Minister for Youth, Family, Women and Health can make known the wording of the Approbationsordnung for Doctors in the version in force after the entry into force of this Regulation in the Federal Law Gazans, and in doing so, the paragraphs, the Subdivisions as well as the plants shall be provided with new, continuous order marks.

Species 4

This regulation applies in accordance with § 14 of the Third Transfer Act in conjunction with Section 15 of the Federal Medical Code also in the Land of Berlin.

Species 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day after the date of delivery, without prejudice to the second sentence. The new text of Article 14 (6) in accordance with Article 1 (9) (d) shall enter into force on 1 January 1988. Unofficial table of contents
