(1) The first sentence of Article 13 (4) shall apply for the first time to students whose examinations have been evaluated in all three sections of the medical examination in accordance with this Regulation. (2) This Regulation shall not apply to: Repetitions of tests or sections of tests which were not passed before their entry into force, provided that the last repeat examination is completed by 31 December 1984. Art 3

This regulation applies in accordance with § 14 of the Third Transfer Act in conjunction with Section 15 of the Federal Medical Code also in the Land of Berlin. Unofficial table of contents
