With the approval of the Federal Council, the Bundestag has adopted the following law: Unofficial table of contents

Species 1

The European Convention of 30 September 1957 on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), signed in Geneva on 13 December 1957 by the Federal Republic of Germany, including the installations in its 29. The amended version was approved as amended in July 1968. The Agreement will be published below, and annexes A and B shall be published in a plant band. Unofficial table of contents

Type 2

(1) The Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development is authorized to amend the Convention, which is designed to provide new technical knowledge with regard to the international transport of dangerous goods, or to the (2) The Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development is authorized to enter into special agreements with the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development (Special Agreement) in accordance with Article 4 (3) of the Convention by means of a regulation in force . The same applies to agreements concerning exceptions to the provisions of the provisions of the Convention where objects of federal legislation are affected. Art 3

(1) A vehicle which does not comply with the provisions of the Convention or for which the documents required by the Convention are not submitted may be ensured until the defect has been remedied. The same applies to the cargo. (2) In the cases referred to in paragraph 1, the border customs offices and other bodies responsible for checking at the border may reject the vehicles. Species 4

(1) The Convention shall be responsible for the implementation of the Convention.
1.
the Federal Minister for Transport, for exceptions to the provisions of Annexes A and B;
2.
the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt) for the approval of the transport of radioactive substances and for the approval of the samples of dispatch pieces for radioactive substances;
3.
the Federal Institute for Materials Testing for the approval of the design of packaging and for the approval of the transport without protective container;
4.
the authorities which have assigned the vehicle to the official identification number for certificates referred to in Annex B.3 of Annex B;
5.
the officially recognised experts and examiners in the field of motor vehicle traffic for the investigation of vehicles, with the exception of the tanks permanently connected to them, for the preparation of decisions on certificates referred to in Annex B.3 of Appendix B; the officially recognised experts in accordance with § 24c of the Industrial Regulations for investigations of the tanks permanently connected to the vehicles, even if the tanks do not fall under Section 24 of the Industrial Code.
(2) In addition, the factual and the local jurisdiction shall be determined by country law.

Species 5

This law shall also apply in the Land of Berlin, provided that the Land Berlin determines the application of this law. Legal orders issued pursuant to this Act shall apply in the Land of Berlin pursuant to Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1). Unofficial table of contents
