§ 1 General requirements authorities

§ 3 Local jurisdiction

(1) Local authority is the Requirement authority in whose district the subject-matter of the requirement or the subject-matter to which the benefit relates or in the district of which the benefit is to be provided shall be provided. § 4 Local jurisdiction in ships

§ 5 replacement jurisdiction

§ 6 Demand carriers

Demand carriers according to § 7 (2) of the German Federal Act on Performance are

§ 7 Demand needs for maneuvers or other exercises

Demand carriers for manoeuvres or other exercises of troops or associations and units of civil protection (§ 66 para. 1, § 80 of the Federal Power Act) are
1.
the federal government, also as far as maneuvers (exercises) of the allied forces are concerned,
2.
the countries,
3.
the municipalities and community associations.

§ 8 Jurisdiction in city states

(1) In the Land of Bremen, the competent authorities are
1.
in the Bremen City Community
the Senate;
2.
in the City of Bremerhaven
Magistrate.
2) In the Land of Hamburg,
1.
in the cases of § § 1 and 2 (1) No. 8
the district offices;
2.
for ships that do not meet the requirements of § 2 para. 1 no. 3,

§ 9 Entry into force
