The Federal Association of Occupational Health Insurance Funds (Bundesverband der SPS) distributes the amount which it receives from research-based pharmaceutical manufacturers for the health insurance funds as a solidworker application, plus interest, according to the percentage of the health insurance companies in question. Drug expenditure of 2001 according to the accounting results of the statutory health insurance (form KJ 1, account group 43) among the top associations of the health insurance companies. The top associations of the sickness funds shall distribute the respective amount in accordance with the proportion referred to in the first sentence to the health insurance funds of their cash registers.
