§ 1 Deviating regulations on the inland waterway search order

The inland waterway search order is on the Rhine with those listed in Annex 1 shall apply in the event of temporary measures. Temporary rules

Annex II, Section 7.06, point 3 is to be applied in the following:
" 3.
Inland AIS devices must be one of the competent authority of a Rhine-State or Belgium based on the Test Standards (Decision 2007-I-15), Edition 2.0 (www.ccr-zkr.org/files/documents/ris/ais20_d.pdf), approved type. The requirements for the installation and testing of domestic AIS equipment pursuant to Annex N, Part I, must be complied with. The Standard Test, as well as the lists of AIS equipment approved under Annex N or as equivalent type-approvals, shall be published by the Central Commission. "

In Appendix II, in the table to § 24.02, point 2, the information in Section 7.06, point 3, is to be applied in the following:
§ 7.06 No. 3 Inland AIS devicesInland AIS devices with type approval Editions 1.0 and 1.01 of the Test Standards were based on, may be installed until 30.11.2015 and continue to operate beyond this date.

In Appendix II, in the table to § 24.06, number 5, the information in Section 7.06, point 3, is to be applied as follows:
7.06 No. 3 Inland AIS devices Inland AIS Devices with type approval based on edition 1.0 and 1.01 of the test standard may be installed until 30.11.2015 and continue to operate beyond this date 1.12.2013.

Annex II, Appendix N, Part I, Section A is to be applied in the following:
" A.
Domestic AIS Device Inland AIS devices must meet the requirements of the Decision 2007-I-15 included Test Standards, Edition 2.0. Compliance shall be demonstrated by a type-approval test of a competent authority.
