In connection with Section 8 (1) (1) of this Regulation, they are in each case arranged in conjunction with Section 8, paragraph 2, point 1, of the Inland Navigation Ordination of 6 December 2008 (BGBl. 2450) and in connection with the number I.4 of the organisation decree of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development of 19 April 2013 (BAnz AT 19.06.2013 B3) pursuant to section 3 (1) (2), (2a) and (4) respectively in conjunction with Paragraph 6 (1) (a) and (b) of the Inland Waterway Task Act, as amended by the Notice of 5 July 2001 (BGBl. 2026), of which Article 3 (1) of the Inland Waterway Task Act was last amended by Article 313 of the Regulation of 31 December 2008. § 1 Deviating regulations on the inland waterway search order

The inland waterway search order shall be applied on the Rhine with the measures resulting from the temporary arrangements listed in Annex 1. The decision of the Central Commission for the Navigation of the Rhine, which is relevant for the application on the Rhine, is set out in Annex 2. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Non-application of provisions

Point II.11 of Annex 1 to the Third Regulation on the temporary derogation from the inland waterway search order of 14 October 2011 (VkBl. 793, 1003), as set out in the regulation of 25 November 2011 (VkBl. 1003), it is no longer applicable to the extent to which the temporary provisions relating to Annex N, Part I, Section A are concerned. § 3 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 2013 and with the expiry of 30 November 2016. Unofficial table of contents

Temporary arrangements
1.
Annex II, Section 7.06, point 3 is to be applied in the following text:
" 3.
Inland AIS equipment must comply with a type approved by the competent authority of a Rhine State or Belgium based on the Test Standards (Decision 2007-I-15), Edition 2.0 (www.ccr-zkr.org/files/documents/ris/ais20_d.pdf). The requirements for the installation and testing of domestic AIS equipment pursuant to Annex N, Part I, must be complied with. The Standard Test, as well as the lists of AIS equipment approved under Annex N or as equivalent to approved type-approvals, shall be published by the Central Commission. "

In Annex II, in the table to section 24.02, point 2, the information given in section 7.06 (3) shall be applied as follows:
§ 7.06 No. 3 Inland AIS Devices Inland AIS equipment, the type-approval of which was based on Edition 1.0 and 1.01 of the Test Standard, may be installed until 30.11.2015 and may continue to be operated beyond this date.

In Annex II, in the table to section 24.06, point 5, the information in Section 7.06 (3) is to be applied in the following:
7.06 No 3 Inland AIS Devices Inland AIS equipment, the type-approval of which was based on Edition 1.0 and 1.01 of the Test Standard, may be installed until 30.11.2015 and continue to operate beyond this date. 1.12.2013.

Annex II, Annex N, Part I, Section A, shall be applied in the following text:
" A.
Requirements for domestic AIS equipment inland AIS devices must comply with the requirements of the Test Standards, Edition 2.0, contained in the decision 2007-I-15. Compliance shall be demonstrated by a type-approval test of a competent authority. "

Annex II, Annex N, Part III, points 2 and 3, shall be applied in the following text: " 2. List of the domestic AIS device directory approved after the Rheinschiffsinvestigation
from 1 April 2008 to 18. October 2012 due to type approvals
According to the Test Standard, Edition 1.0 and 1.01, the domestic AIS equipment domestic AIS equipment, the type-approval of which was based on Edition 1.0 and 1.01 of the Test Standard,
may be installed until 30 November 2015 and continue to operate beyond this date.
